Has anyone every heard of or used Zumba Fitness?
My husband bought me the DVD Fitness Zumba because I was complaining of not being able to lose post-pregnancy pooch in my belly. According to the infomercial, and you is incredible tone in a no time … but you know how infomercials are, they pretend everything is amazing:) Has anyone used with positive results or who know someone who has?
Zumba fitness is a workout like aerobics that incorporates Latin dance moves to make it more fun than a workout. Any exercise program works if you do. I did not personally drive because of certain medical problems, but people from my gym are those who truly enjoy.
