What would you recommend routine for a 5 'woman weighing 86 pounds that gave birth to her third child 21 / 2 months? I want to be toned and strong.

You may find it funny or tacky to do than to youtube.com and do the loaves 8 minutes, 8 feet minute and 8 minute abs routine. I do all of them every day when I want to get in shape quickly and works in a few weeks. you start seeing results after one week. There are also 8 minut arm, but I've never tried. The video is from early 90s and very sticky. Hope this helps!
