37 years old and want to start boxing …?
I trained for several years in my early 20's. I am now 37 and want to return to boxing. Not so much for the ring / sparring, but more for fitness. I was in the best shape when I can. reflections / Suggestions / etc on either my age or do not want to return to the ring? or should I just go to one of the "Club Fitness" in the region exercise? just looking for thoughts.
You should definitely go for it. If you've ever watched a guy named Randy corture UFC is about 40 years fighting against younger people, and then it is a very good fighter. It is never too late to get into a sport a little exercise. But if you not appreciate you simply go to a gym.
