Is that the real effect of the power level of your fitness?
Just a hypothetical, you say, a man of 25 years with a fast metabolism because of his age if the weight is not a problem. If he goes to the gym and made a routine conditioning complete physical, but he constantly feeds the average American diet, fried foods, times of processed foods and drinks alcohol and Multiple soda per week. Would his fitness level is as a resting heart rate, ability to make strength gains and recovery time? And if not how and why?
Your diet definitely effects your level of overall fitness. That guy would have no hypothetical of these important nutrients, vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy. Well, he probably will not get too fat because of its metabolism. His triglycerides would be extremely high because of all the fatty foods they eat. This would be the effect of his liver, arteries and heart. Atherosclerosis, or the stuff of plaque in the arteries would diet rich in fats. This forces the heart to work harder which would obviously increase your heart rate. It would also affect your ability to increase your muscle mass and make your time slower recovery. One of the most complex of the liver is its ability to build proteins. With a damaged liver, this will not able to create enough protein. The protein is that the repair muscles after you workout. So, if you drive daily, your muscles are still damaged from the previous day. Ha, ha, I never had the chance to use such information before so thank you for that.
