Is a little nap in the afternoon recommended? What would you do for fitness professionals say?

I am originally from India is a tropical country and we usually feel a bit tired and sleepy during the afternoon. I'm into fitness and I am male. I usually leave 2 hours during the afternoon.

There is nothing wrong with a short nap, as a matter of fact, you may find it really boosts your energy for the rest of the day, making you more productive and optimistic! I always take a nap to 12 hours and this really helps me emotionally and physically! Remember to drink lots of water!
