Any exercise and healthy eating tips to keep up my fitness plan?
I can not use the gym I used use. As I went 3 times a week and now may not be able to handle b once a week is a great reduction in my hours of practice. I was wondering if any other exercises I can do that will both maintain my current muscle mass and help increase. Any links to websites would be appreciated. healthy eating tips are also welcome
