How can I get a body like the model of fitness?
I'm 5'5 "and 107 pounds 21% body fat. I wonder what should I do to lower my body fat to 17% What is the type workout fitness model? they do cardio 1 hour and 1 hour weight every day? thank you
My body fat is about 16%. I do a lot of cardio and some weights as well. I will actually do about half an hour of cardio in the morning, drive about 25-30 minutes of weight training, and then hop back on the tredmill for half an hour. That evening, I'll just make a good 45 minutes of cardio, and perhaps a bit of Pilates. So I get in about 1 hour and 45 mintues of cardio a day (I try), and maybe 30-45 minutes of weight training. ORDINARY day, however, I have no doubt simply move an hour of cardio in, sometimes I can not even squeeze in all the muscles! If you very serious that, then you can visit my friends, it will post a workout and nutrition as well as for you, but you have to pay. It is a model of fitness, though. Www.joeyfitness.com
