to fitness people. I surprisingly saw my abs today! How is that possible?
Okay, today I haven’t exercised as I usually do. I exercise every morning but today had lecture in the morning so I couldn’t work out til now. I was about to start working out but when i looked myself on the mirror I could see my abs. I don’t know how as other times I’m not able to see ‘em. Literally only when I’m working out. Is it because they need some rest in order to be visible??
