What do you think is more effective to measure the progress of your fitness?
A tape measure or a scale? I am really confused because for the past three weeks I believe I did everything well but my weight actually increased a lb, though my clothes fit better … Does this mean that I have gained muscle? I feel frustrated at not being able to lose weight, but if this weight gain means something good then I'd be happy.
