What is the best yoga mats available.?
I just started doing aerobics and fitness / workout DVDs and I find it too difficult for my knees and elbows to do on the carpet … not forgetting to slip like crazy. I hear many people complain they buy the mats and I wonder what a carpet is very good and where can I get it? Thank you
