Does the machine fitness RED really works?
I own a machine Fittness RED and whenever I use it I can not feel any burning or anything. I also saw the infomercial, and after buying the stuff they said about it sounded false. I just want to know that I should continue to use it or is it a waste of time?
If you want your abs, you need body fat, a machine like that will only waste your time. Lying on the ground and make a little V-sit, you will probably get better than this machine.
