How are you motaviate for a race?
In 2009, I was a fitness fanatic bright and early 2010, but in January i mind has taken ill and was sick for two weeks before being admitted to hospital for one week since I got back I havent Motavation had to restart the race I always intened go after work, but usually when the time comes i end up returning at home? advice on how to put me in the mood for the race?
Buddy up. I put an ad on Craig's List for a running buddy, put your fitness level and region. To do this, on the day in a safe place, that someone come along the first leg to meet the running mate that you choose. If you do not want a boyfriend, you prep when dressing and preparing to run after work or school. Tell someone you go running, it's accountability and can help.
