All these courses for fitness professionals who are ridiculously expensive, gym memberships are so …… Hello everybody is getting bigger, they can not afford anything else!
They do not get fat because fitness is expensive. They grow because they eat too much junk and sit around. A good pair of sneakers does not cost as than that. ( "New Balance" is one of the strongest brands recommended by podiatrists and it is not the most expensive.) Walking is one of the best (and less expensive) exercise that exists. To lose weight? In short: Eat better food. Eat less of it. Move more. People must take responsibility for their health. Take care of yourself is not expensive. (Cigarettes, alcohol, junk food is expensive.) And my gym membership, only $ 29.00 per month, is a great value.
