Heath and fitness / nutrition question?
I started to feel like I lost weight, the book bag that I carry is ligh on my back and my upper torso has decreased in size. My daily schedule for the year is this machine aerobics for 30 minutes, then because of my stomach, I did about 5-7 or so push ups and sit-ups and 10-13. I eat what I eat in moderation when I'm full I stop I only drink 1-2 cans of soda a day and try to drink lots of water. Any tips to help lose more wieght?
Well, If you drink coke as in anything that is not diet, try slowly decreasing the amount of coke you drink to 1 or maybe not even Coke. Try reducing 1 / 3 of a box the way you train your body slowly and keep down each week 1. Or, with diet coke (Coke Zero personally to be my favorite) you have a few more advantages because it has no calories so you can probably drink the Coke 2 more. Moreover, the coke as a retarder that kind of slows you down from your best when you could be faster to your goal if you input Coke has declined or canceled it (: But DANG you are AWESOME I drink 2 BOTTLES of diet coke a day and I'm worse, but when I completely eliminated coke from my diet, I have completely forgotten the taste and had no desire for soda. Also, if you go to youtube.com and search abs 8 minutes, 8 minutes arms, legs and 8 minutes, 8 minutes buns (it hurts like Heck I've tried twice and I felt horrible the rest of the day wound I know it is prob like "Why would I make such a painful exersice?? but it works) and includes pumps, crunches, cracking reactions, etc. Or, if you're not interested in these videos, try increasing your pumps and crunches. Also, try to suck in your stomach every time that you exercise and try to make it a habit just flat everywhere. Well, I guess that's about it (: But keep in mind-YOU CAN DO IT! Keep it up and good luck!
