fitness heart rate monitor
Question about physical fitness test and heart rate?
I took a minute fitness test 5 and after 5 minutes of work I stop work and put my hands on the heart rate monitor. He says I'm below my average. What exactly does that mean?
If you show as "below average", it will probably be because your heart rate was higher than the machine think it should have be (if you put all your information, weight, age, etc.). Take the results with a grain of salt, though.
