What CHEAP fitness equipment do you recommend?
I asked this question 2 days ago and "answers" that does not really my question. I'm looking to convert our garage into a gym-house. I have a few tools for fitness home and resistance bands, DVDs Fitness (my husband has a TV out there to watch football) and a yoga mat. What inexpensive equipment / tools should I add? I have a bike I ride around doing my errands so please do not tell me to get a stationary bike or treadmill. I would like recommendations concrete that would not cost me an arm and a leg. A gym at home is to save us money towards joining a health club. My husband has a weight bench and weights on the market. I do not know how to use them. Regarding my goals, I'm looking to mix things from my bike / Power walking routine.
Let me begin by looking at a site like craigslist.com. I think many people buy equipment with a goal in mind and then give so that you could probably get used equipment in great shape at a discount. In Regarding what you need to buy ….. I guess it depends on your fitness goals. Do you want to increase your weight, tone, strengthen? But you probably need a good mix of cardio and some weights.
