Should I Fight to get Fit?
Now then,
At 28yrs old and 5 foot 7 in height, I’ve recently become the fattest I’ve ever been. I’m weigh over 15 stone and my waist has grown to a massive 38 / 40 inches.
I am totally unfit and a fat, slobbish excuse of a man these days and have no motivation to start excercising as I feel to fat.
Anyway my question is, could someone of my size and condition take up a sport such as Kick – Boxing or would I hav to get fit first.
I’d like to take up the sport and it supposed to be great for fitness and also for the mind also but am I too fat to take it up?
No, you lose weight as you do it. Why waste your time getting fit for it when it already gets you fit? Know what i mean? Depending on your effort, you can see massive results.
