Training with weights?
I have a question for the fans know there. I tried to get my legs and arms in shape by lifting weights along with an exercise DVD. I lift weights between 5-10 lbs for a total of 20 minutes on the arms and then do squats and sudden movements of the legs. How often should I do that? I tried to get my shoulders, biceps and triceps in shape in particular, for doing this every day. Is it better to do weights every day, or is ok all day? So I'm looking to be thin and tonic, not exactly Hulk, so it is better to do more reps at lower weights and less reps at a higher weight. If someone knows really the best advice, I'd be extremely grateful. My cardio consists of all rebounds day for 30 minutes (with a DVD or just jogging for 30 minutes). I used to walk 4 miles a day, but with school children, it does not work now. Thank you all!
everywhere when you do a workout tone, you basically want to do more reps at lower weights. In this spirit, you must ensure not go to the light. If you long series sure to find a weight you can do for a good time, but you will always struggle. If you can finish maybe 20 representatives of this weight without feeling completely exhausted, you know that you increase your weight to something you will fight some more. Therefore, the Aerobics and other cardio workouts, such as yoga and Pilates are great ways to tone if you do do not add a lot of muscle mass.
