What is a healthy diet, but effective for a young busy?
I am 17 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and 175 pounds. I'm really busy with school and extracurricular activities, but I think it is time to make my health a priority. I understand that fitness / healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle, and I do not seek a quick solution either. I just want to know: What is a diet good for me?
I think the best solution weight (especially for someone as busy as you!) Is this the substitution. Before arriving a bag of chips or a hamburger instead try Yoplait yogurt. They are portable and delicious. Try cereal, water or natural juice instead of soda, sandwiches instead of pizza. Excersice is great even if you have the time. Just when you eat something ask yourslef could I eat something better? Also breakfast it speeds up the metabolism! Good luck and be patient!
