For anyone who is associated with fitness or exercise: Gym, gym teacher, doctor, etc. Please help?

This is for my nutrition and fitness class, I suppose to ask these questions to someone and write a dissertation. It will a great help to me in any well-written response. Thank you. 1. What trends do you see in the area of fitness / exercise? 2. How should communities and the education system to address health problems related to overweight, obesity and physical inactivity? 3. What level of education you have that contributed to your current position? 4. If the government has strict rules relating to restrictions on junk food (in the cafeteria, vending machines) in Private Schools K-12?

I'll try, but it may not be well written. 1. A trend base that transcends all areas involving fitness, diets promise easy, no news there. They have always existed, but recently I noticed informericals zeroing in on the regulation of thyroid drugs and more "scientific" approaches to loss weight with pills that target. As if we consumers have been slow educated enough to realize that 48 hours of cookies and diet cream or otherwise, for the food and plans (as Atkeins) no longer function as a permanent solution. There was an increase in type-esque areobic more DVDs and programs, as ABS hip-hop. Systems appear to be outside bodybuilding. 2. First, all the resturants and fast food restaurants should be required to display nutrition facts in the restaurant in plain site. I get that once inside, people will not turn around and say, 1,000 calories, no way, let's go to subway. But it might make them rethink the next trip. The problem of addressing the obesity does not lie with education, but the supply and promotion of alternative activities in the community. Let's face it, parents need to bring their children on the computer, encourage and participate with them in physical activities of one sort or another. Video games and computers have become the best baby-sitter's mother in contemporary society. People try these quick fix diets, and by law, the government can regulate them. But I suspect many try these diets they see on television and eventually abandoned after a few weeks. This is discouraging for those who do not have time form on the only ship they have everything on this planet. 3. I have no formal education in any area of fitness. Many other regions, but not this one. 4. No, the government should not directly affect private schools, so we have private schools, however, Parents who are willing to spend money to send their children to these private schools should take an active role and some of the changes request. Once again the source of the recurring problem is the parents. Parents who place no value on physical fitness or well-being, tend to lead a sedentary life. Springing off excuses such as, work, chores, etc. .. This obviously influences the children and the cycle begins again macabre. It Clearly, our society, partly thanks to technology advances, may be regarded Generation 7 seconds. Everything is NOW! Faster and more easy. We are a company that simply patching up problems instead of solving them. We are hedonistic, explosive, and impatient, unwilling to forth the effort necessary to get something of value substaintial planning, dedication and disclipline. Validation of these days just cosmetically with an electronic Form 1040EZ. We are happy to buy the sculpture in place to ourselves.
