Which of these cardio equipment burns the most fat at the same time?
1. Cross-trainers 2. Elliptical Machines 3. Outdoor furniture 4. 5 bikes. Treadmill The reason I ask is because I just got a lot in the mail for a membership in a club in shape and I think seriously about joining. I am not overweight, but I have a little fat … a little … to lose area around the belly. I want my six pack showing hopefully by August. I checked on the website of the club and the equipment that is listed for exercises cardio training. By the way, I do not even know what a cross trainer is. If you can paint a picture for me, it would be great. So what is burned the more fat? Thank you!
After the training equipment for years and trialing different as far as workouts cardio-go, stair climbers and bikes are most of burnout for me. Treadmills are good, but they workout the lower parts mainly. Trainers Cross elliptical and can be used for a full diploma, but they attack mostly muscle groups outside only. For an ab workout purchase tighten stomach muscles, stair climbers and bikes are usually those who are abandoned because people do not think they are training the right muscle group. Practicing in association with other muscle groups helps a lot easier than just working one. Use resistance exercises and read about exercise programs like the body for life that can give and indication of how not only to exercise properly, but also to eat properly. Hope this helps …… Edit: A cross trainer / elliptical trainer is where you place your feet on blocks and you hold on surveys with your hands, as if you were riding on a set of skis, and you basically are running with these pads and the polls are moving in unison with each other. (This is the best picture I can paint what it is, otherwise look on eBay for a cross trainer / elliptical trainer and they will show you the picture). Hope this added info helps ……
