There would also be 10-15 stations with weights, mats, exercise balls, machines, etc. and there will be classes every 45 minutes. A class will be led by a physical trainer who shows every year and check on members. Each class is hybrid in nature, a mixture of cardio and resistance. It would specifically put together for weight loss. The training routine is changed regularly to keep it fun and challanging.
But you must consider two factors. The first is to find the time to come to you. The second is the overall cost of this set-up. What you can not account properly.
