What is the name of fitness equipment that sends electrical impulses in the muscles at regular intervals?
Hello, I borrowed the fitness equipment from a friend of time ago (now discarded), it has two electrodes that stick to the muscle selected, then sends small pulses regular electricity through the muscle tone and strengthen it. thanx for your answers, the reasoon I want, because 2 months ago I hurt my knee, I went to a physiotherapist who used (and other equipment and massage) to strengthen the quad and calf muscles so my knee wouldnt out of place.
