How do I dress for the summer but look thinner? Im size 16 and feeling real flabby and comfortable with my body?
I am about to embark on a fitness routine through my doc but while I wait for the results how can I feel more confidence to work and go to the pool so when I am conscious of being overweight? Any ideas slimming clothing and fitness apparel and jerseys Bath advise appreciated. Thank you
