Inteviewing for a Director to the pool and fitness center, need ideas?
Im interviewing for the director to the pool center and wellness. Im trying to find ways to bring revenue to the pool to help my interview. I know they are being yoga, aerobics, pilates and other classes like that. They have a nursery, but it never gets used. Also, the pool is full air, but is seasonal, because they put a dome bubble around her. The only thing is, is it cost $ 72000 to heat the pool last year. What is a better way to bring that cost down? Ideas? Or if something else that might be useful to my interview …
You can try a sumemr swim team, and the people responsible to be on it. This money you make, turn heat to pooll and stuff. Moreover, my fitness center had a "swim through" Amazon contest. It is 12 miles and you have some time to do so. mine is from June 30 to July 6th. It is $ 10 per swimmer to record and retain swimmers trck how far they swim and save on paper.
