A person can follow a high carbohydrate diet and low fitness fat or vice versa. It is absolutely not recommended to follow both at the same time, unless of course if you want to gain body fat.
But then diet fitness is not losing any fat, we must also consider his diet in order to keep fat. Research shows that sustainable weight loss can be achieved in a system that adapts to food preferences, lifestyle, medical profile and satiety signals.
Diet programs all can help spread out books too, but only one diet can help you stay sexy, and it is one that satisfies you most. Other important aspects of eating a FIT are moderation, balance and variation.
