You must increase your motivation to help you persist on getting the body you want. The motivation is to be one of the most major problems faced by people trying to reach their goals. This is not a surprise …
1. Results take some time to come: Even with the best designed program, it takes at least a month to see visible results. It is not long but it may feel sure that way.
2. You gain weight first: If you're smart, you are weight training … and you might be surprised to see that you put a little weight to start. It is primarily the loss of fat mass.
3. Your body is in constant pain: the first week to two weeks, you will get used to weight training and exercise … not the best feeling when you are not used.
These can be difficult to handle at first, especially when you are new to fitness – but when you hold out for at least 1 month, you'll be blown away by hardening, slimmer body.
The 4 ways to increase your fitness motivation:
1. Support
Having a support group, someone to confide is one of the most powerful motivation to keep growing steadily. How many times have you turned to friends or family when you need support?
The key support groups can provide the motivation is to participate. You really need to use the support group. It may be difficult to open to foreigners, but know that these people are probably the same thing you are.
2. Accountability
Accountability will combined with support groups. You need to find people who hold you accountable. Keep in mind, this means openness and sharing your goals and implement a public commitment to achieve.
First things first when it comes to accountability … you should tell your target fitness and someone give a timeline for them. Now you're on the hook and the need to cope.
3. Inspiration
Time and again, inspiration is all around you … Have you ever paid attention to it? Therefore, having "as spirit "of the people you associate Delivers. You will find people who have been where you are and have succeeded.
These people are your sources of inspiration. You can watch them and use them is an example that can be done. Access and use these people … enable them to become your mentor.
4. Competition
