How can I do, I need your advice on how to lose weight.?

Hello, I'm 16 and i wantr trouble losing weight. I weigh 216 pounds and am 5 feet 11 inches tall. I want to lose weight badly, and I tried to lose weight desperatley. I eat wheat in the orning, skip luch and dinner at home at six. I will also work to the gym and do the treadmill for 30 minutes to climb upgill ateep to 5 mph. I also try to find by lifting weights. I'm going to the gym three times a week. I losed a couple of books but i cannot seem to lose weight. I want to get 150 pounds and lose weight. I chubby now. how i stary on track with my diet because I'm cheating for a few days and then feel guilty, then press the gym. I stay away from this situation. How can I gop to success on the road to fitness. I know it will take a year or two, but I want to do. I'm embarrassed at school because my friends call me snowball and brown bear, and spank my butt chubby, and I want be healthy. HOW ????/

1. Do not skip meals. Your fat cells react or something like that and make you fat. Eat sandwich and an apple or something. 2. Do not go to a gym, if you go to curves! 3. water water water! Only water nothing else. 4. Taking long walks to the store or something! 5. Now, fruits, vegetables, wheat, whole fish, chicken. Protien is good. stay away from chips and fatty foods. Do not leave you. :) <3 ^ ^.
