I love the circle AB Pro! It was difficult at first but now I see my abs are tighter and some of my clothes, I got it from a few years ago are loose fitting, but the real story is the comments I get family friends and colleagues. Unlike many comments that I read, I have not had any problems with the mechanical machine and used it all the time. I keep track rollers and coating Pam oiled baking and it should last.

Core Strength
I was using a treadmill and I felt would have to walk to Japan to experience any benefit. In just the short time I had the circle AB Pro that I already feel the effects. I am almost 40 and could lose a few pounds. and this machine has been perfect. For some reason, you can not walk without using it, my teenagers use it well … it's fun. I rolls new order, they are free via the website. I did not need them yet, but I heard others had problems with them so I ordered just in case.

Final Thoughts
I love what I can use it for I watch TV. The knee pads are thicker, so I have to add extra padding for the knees, I rubbed the ring down with cooking spray and paper towel as others have suggested, it keeps the machine grinding and maintains smooth movement. I would recommend the circle AB Pro to those who just want to exercise every day without leaving the heat / rain / cold, leading to gym, or kill your back on the ground. In addition, some users have reported problems with excessive wear and uneven rolls. upgrade kits free rolls are available from the manufacturer.
