A simple way to lose weight! in 2 months = at least 20 kg!?

Im a teenager so it's easy to lose weight after what I mean .. I want to lose at least 20 lbs in 8 weeks … ideas or assistance … recommendations or graphics .. advice ..? Will Anything HELP! If u can not make me an array of fitness that works it would help me a lot! I need to lose weight .. Umm I was aiming for 30 lbs but I think 20 will be ok .. if u can help me with more Thatll be super great! I just really want to cut a few inches will be 160, compared to 180 to make a difference? big or small …? But I need real food that works .. I do not want to waste my time .. Skim milk is healthy? I want to buy anything this is well .. Just lose it

try this first pre diet plan – if you want .. Then you go home, eat breakfast very healthy as fruit salad or something thats nutritonal. After that, you virtually clean the house or whatever maybe take a walk while his expenses, walking your dog if you have one, I want to spend the morning doing that while its not so hot outside! After that you wait several hours to be active as can be, then you relax a little and do some abs and lifting weights at your own pace … and your own statistics like goals height weight .. or whatever .. thats what i usually do! And then I like to stretch early in the day .. Haha MORE TIPS: chew gum – sugar free. It makes you not snack because if you chew, you do not want to snack because then you will spit your gum! works for me .. thats my trick tip – now read weight loss 411 EXTRA: breathing for an hour burns 60 calories, so thats a bit off your chest haha and sleeping is the same rate:) excersise at least 60 minutes a day if you can:) ——- hey, you know what? Most weight loss cheap thing to do is try to burn more calories than you eat, Do not Eat like an unhealthy diet of 500 calories! All this will do is make you sick, you must be healthy to lose weight properly. Im trying to lose weight too! So basically, here are some tips to speed up your metabolism: Drink 1-3 glasses of green tea a day try to eat peppers Chilli somehow, ((chilli DUH)) they help. 8 classes of water per day, more active you are, the faster your metabolism will increase to be. Did you know that breathing for an hour burns 60 calories by itself? And sleep is very important, try to sleep on time and get your ages average amount of sleep. ask your doctor what a healthy weight for you, and then after you've reached that goal does sit ups and crutches – Core excersises among many others, Run to slim Out, and make you burn more calories than you eat – had to repeat that fruit! and vegetables are REALLY low in calories and full of nutrition. If you like tacos? Ditch the hard shell, maybe try a Taco Salad .. without the shell of course! Lettuce with meat is good, but PLEASE try mixing it with turkey and meat it isn't all fat. Chicken salad is good, you want the protein, but you do not want fried anything really, from time to time, if handsome, but remember – you have to burn those extra calories. Excersises excersise excersise. Dont do it – including yourself die of hunger, moderation and stay active. GOOGLE: 100 ways to burn 100 calories, their are some pretty things cool that you can do! Stay away from starchy foods and foods high in carbohydrates – things mostly white. The bread is bad, so try it keep the fine, rich in fiber, slices:) You can google all the stuff and before you know you'll feel so good about all this and IM actually excited starting work on and stuff, just because I know what he will do for me but if you go on a diet, try Weight Watchers, its the only one I really recommend it. :)
