Boxing Exercise Fitness Secret 1: Start by heating. overheating are underestimated and often overlooked – but they are important. Take a jump rope and skip for 5 minutes. Use the balls of your feet to jump (this will be your workout calves), turn the rope with your wrists and go hard. Once you master the jump rope, jump from one foot to another.
