What are the advantages of a stepper bike over mountain bike for fitness?
I need a new bike for fitness and I came across what is called "Stepper Bikes" has anyone ever heard of them? They have no seats or pedals, I'm not sure this bike, I watched the videos and I think I can get excellent training with a bicycle AA fitness stepper, but I'm not sure I want to take a walk regularly with my wife. Fitness experts know everything about these bikes? Http: / / www.randyrrross.com/ I do not know if I want one in the mountains, but I live in Miami and the highest hill, here is the landfill.
It would be nice to try one first. I've never seen one before. I think a regular bike would be better for fitness.
