What type of fitness class let me keep my curves?
I want to lose about 25 lbs but keep my breasts and hips. I have a HR glass figure, but a denser medium. i am going to sign for a class this week but I do not know if it should be yoga, pilates, belly dancing or something. advice?
Everywhere you shrink, unfortunately, however, I recommend yoga to keep the female form. You'll still have an hourglass shape, you'll always be, it will simply shrink proportionally. I'm sure you'll always look good, you'll probably look better than you thought you could. I have an hourglass shape, I love, and when I lose weight, I lose anywhere, but I looked better than I expected. Good luck!
