I am poor poor poor!?
So I worked with this woman who has a fantastic body! And it must all work all day only to home to the fitness DVD. I use dumbbells, resistance bands, exercise mat and a treadmill. I do not like the DVD, but I do the videos they have online. So can anyone give me some good links to some good exercises that work different parts of the body? Thank you!
