Attention all personal trainers and fitness experts! HELP!?
My boyfriend is coming home in December, and I want to shape my body a little before he arrives. Basically my goal is to flatten my stomach tighten thighs, and the shape of a little booty. I a large ball drive, and Ball 25cm Pilate. I do not want muscles, just a little definition, and especially a sexy flat stomach! I am not overweight. I am 5'6, 150lbs, and basically I just want to drop a few vanity pounds. Also with workouts / training tips, if you could include some good recipes or nutrition plan that I'd be very happy! No fish recipe, please!
I always heard that the ABS is made in the kitchen … Please help!
your current weight of 150, you should eat 1500 calories. 650 from protein/650 of fats/200 carbohydrates. Eat each day. Your friend will thank me later! (kidding. but I'm serious) If you do not want to raise weight training and how you want. This is food that will make or break you. The food is 80% of it. And eat as I suggested will put your body in the best position it can be to use stored body fat as the day, all fuels. It is very boring, but very effective. You're right! ABS are built into the kitchen. protein sources: eggs, chicken, no fish uhh huh, hmmm ok, protein powder whey, steak once a day is fine, Turkey. fat sources: almonds, cashews, all natural peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil olive oil, macadamia nuts, avacados Carb souces: only green vegetables. 200 calories that I mentioned above must all greens. No trace any carbohydrates that are in the above protein and fat sources. There are many more I can give details but the essence of it.
