fitness at 50
What are the fitness equipment should I expect?
I lost 50 pounds. I have changed my diet and have been sticking with that for the last 2 months or so and it seems to work. Now I'm looking into purchasing some equipment Fitness so I can get in good training at home (I have no intention of joining a gym) and I wonder what Stuff works best. Treadmills, ellipticals jump rope? Whatever the most efficient way to lose weight really. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!
