I decided to get a personal trainer and a fitness assesment expected wed.what I expect
I know I am faced with calipers do not know where it pinched or what other tests I'll suffer. there is nothing I can do to prepare?
Just buy some Advil to eat after the fact, cause your body is going to hurt really bad after work to your trainer you will go under. You'll be sore for a day or two. Do not be afraid. The trainer must know in what physical state you are in. So, he / she will have your weight, height, age, measure your waist circumference, calculate BMI. Show your equipment in a gym. Explain how to use and how to schedule do based on your day / evening / weekend schedule. They should also talk about nutrition, some do not and are not before and after your workout. Some of them will even do a workout with you. A very important thing, find out if the trainer is certified and how much experience She / a. Get referrals and make phone calls to customers and knowledge. You want someone with whom you will be comfortable with. In all have fun.
