Hi, I recently tried to get in shape. Ive tried series of different exercises, and didn't like any of them until I decided to give a shot at video aerobics for women. I really enjoyed the workout and felt energized and made lot from him, aerobics women's high impact. The only thing is now im interested in buying clothing. I dont really care mens for sportswear, and I also want to feel like Im wearing clothes that fit in the workout im doing (it is aerobics women after all). I like the look of the clothes too. Are there women out there who could point me in the right direction as to wear to buy these clothes. What are some of my options? what fabrics are good? What about shoes? What brands are best and What style of clothes are best. also would there be negative impacts of me wearing these clothes (yes i do live alone so nobody would see me.) thank you for your help
