Fan Exercise Bike
Are there any women over 35 out there who love to skateboard?
I’m a skateboard fan and still enjoy riding. Nothing crazy, just cruising. It’s unfortunate that this sport is not as common with women as rollerblading or biking. It’s a great way to exercise and a lot of fun, but I don’t know any women around my age who enjoy skateboarding…Any ideas for a female who wants to skateboard??
I got to give you respect. I love people who appreciate the lifestyle.
Pretty much, have a friend who likes to bike or rollerblade and skate side-by-side, maybe after them having warmed up to the idea, they can start too!
Also, doing tricks is great exercise too because it requires a lot of dexterity and youtube would be my first recommendation. There are also some good guides for it
Your never too old to start and never too old to stop skating, Skating is my life and I don’t even see myself ever giving that up!
