Face Exercise Equipment
Good work out ideas, without buying expensive equipment?
I live in Ontario, so the winter, it’s really cold outside. I live in a neighbourhood that’s a complete circle, so its about an hour walk to from my house and back. I’m 5’3 and weigh about 130. I have a really big bum, but its a family trait, i’m portuguese. I’m an A cup, so its not my breasts taking up my Weight. I have fat around my tummy, not a lot, but it bothers me, so i really want to lose it by the time the summer comes. I’ve already changed my diet, and i want to exercise. I am very driven, but not rich, so i cant buy treadmills and stuff. I am willing to run around my neighbour hood, but i have a heart murmur, and when i do intense exercise it hurts, and its bad for me. I just want to lose my tummy. I don’t have a fat face, or arms or legs, just a tummy, I want to have a little hint of visible abs, any help would be great, thanks 
Put on some music and just start doing some leg lifts, squats (great for the bum), side bends, twist, etc. You can use milk jugs filled with water as weights if you want to add that and build arm and chest muscles. Good old sit ups for the abs. Good luck and have a good new year!
