Exercise WORKOUT videos/DVDs?? Good suggestions?
Im open to anything. I already use Tae bo. I think Im focusing more on Dance videos (any style) and pilate type workouts…or something. lol i dunno. Im a cold weather wimp so I won’t be doing exercises outside for a long time, and I don’t always like driving to the gym.
Thanks for your ideas/suggestions, and if you are recommending something that you USE then please let me know how it is working for you.
I like Denise Austin, sometimes talk to much but it worked for me, I loss almost 50 pounds! I used it and still using it Personal Training System. .
