What is a cheap yet decent bar and weight set and exercise bench?
Or, would it be a better idea to get a gym membership as a present? (I’m 14 so I’m not sure I would be allowed, plus I would prefer to workout at home).
at your age i encourage joining a gym. you’ll have the supervision of trainers and more experienced people, and for a minimal monthly investment, you’ll have access to everything you need.
