Exercise Walking Sticks

how can i stick to a exercise routine?
walking outdoors for a mile or something, i never stick to it for even a week! It’s boring to me even with music or antyhing like that. The whole goal thing doesn’t work much for me because I have poor self discipline which is probably why i have a bad time sticking to a routine. I want to be like those people who can run miles, but i’m very out of shape and I’m out of breath jogging in less then ten minutes.
Find a walking buddy. The best way to stay motivated is to share.
