Exercise Walker
Are there exercises DVD’s for people with mobility problems?
My elderly uncle has been told by his doctor that he must get more exercise. He uses a walker and cannot get around easily. Does anyone know of a DVD program for people in his situation?
Here are some good ones. I used some of these when I was injured. The ones by Richard Simmons are especially good.
