Exercise Walk
is it okay to skip exercise if i walk from school to home?
i walk home from school now and i just started exercising on my treadmill yesterday, is it okay to skip exercise if i walk home from school? it takes me about about an hour to get home, (with speed walking). my house is kinda far lol, this counts as exercise right? would this intefere with my regular exercise on the treadmill, or is it okay/the same?
haha well you should get as much exercise in as your body will let you. If your tired, dont go on your treadmill. If you think you can, do it. I wouldnt skip out especially if you just started your exercise routine. You dont want to start quitting already. Start small and dont overwhelm yourself.
