Exercise Tv Pilates
if i’m looking to LOSE WEIGHT, is pilates for 20 minutes in the morning beneficial?
I want to lose 10 pounds by december 20. (i know thats not that hard but i’m struggling with starting) and I was wondering if around 20 minutes of pilates in the morning would help at all.
I know it’s normally like a toning exercise that’s why I’m wondering.
Should I just use the extra 20 minutes for sleep?
I’m a senior in hs and basically would wake up at 6 instead of 6:25 to do a exercise TV pilates workout
so yeah rambled a lot but thank you for your insight!
Everything helps, and working out in the morning will give you more energy during the day, which will help you preform better in school. Some advise that I would give you is to try to fit some running in. Nothing will help you loose wight better than running. Also make sure you have a good diet. Loosing ten pounds in two months should be a breeze though, I am a wrestler and I lost twelve pounds in four days. Try to run three miles a day if you can’t do that try running at least one. Your workout should not be easy and you should be working up a heavy sweat, if not your not doing anything. Hope this helps.
