Exercise Towel
Can sanitary towels slip out during exercise 10 POINTS?
Im on my period and a bit absent minded – I dont know whether I put a pad in or not before I went to the gym and Ive just returned and I dont have one on
Is it possible for a pad to slip out – the glue was covered by the wings of the pad but im wearing tight fitting underwear and yoga pants – could it have slipped out – i was wearing headphones and am always in another world when im on this curse known as a period
please help – im going crazy with worry – how humiliating
If the pad had wings that wrapped beneath your underwear, I can’t imagine it could simply slip, they are designed to fit a woman, during exercise and movement of every day. Also, with the yoga pants and tight fitting underwear, where would it have slipped to?… you would have felt it in the leg of the yoga pants had it slipped out and fell out of your pants. I think you more than likely forgot to put one on…often I have taken out a tampon, with the intent to change, but after taking a shower or using the bathroom, I have forgotten and then gone about my day only to be unpleasantly surprised later that I have forgotten. I wouldn’t worry, love.
