What is better exercise sit ups or riding a bike?
I’m 16 and 160 lbs and it is summer break and i want to get into shape i’m riding my bike almost every day from 6:00-10:00 but my parents say i should do 20 push ups and 20 sit ups a day what is better?
do the push ups and sit ups in the a.m and the bike in the p.m. both work different areas of your body, bike burns fat and works your legs, push ups strengthen your arms and sit ups give you abs.
