Exercise Room Flooring
Where should I exercise?
Okay, so I live in a two level apartment. Both are occupied and I live in the top floor. I want to start exercising by jump roping, but jumping on my room isn’t possible, since I’m above on the floor where the husband and wife sleep. I can’t do it anywhere else except maybe in my sister’s old room. You see my sister moved out for college, but she might come back for vacations and such, or if she doesn’t get another dorm. I can exercise there, but it has a pretty low ceiling. The rope will probably get tangled. I could also do it in the basement, but it’s pretty scary with it being dark and all. My mom also told me it might make too much noise. I intend to exercise morning and also at night, but what should I do? Basement or sister’s room? What other options?
