Exercise Pool Mat
Toning up my whole body in 4 months. Is it possible.?
So here’s the deal. I’m going to be maid of honor at my sister’s wedding in August and i will be wearing a beautiful open back dress. Also, i’m on vacation the whole month of August and i will be going to the beach and have pool parties nearly every week.
I weigh 129lbs, i’m 5’7.
I’m not over weight and i like the way i look.
I want to tone up my body.
mainly:
love handles
belly
back
thighs
I can’t afford going to the gym and buying those pills or machines
I’m looking for at home exercises to get a good looking body
will 4 months be enough?
all i have is a yoga mat, 2 3lbs dumbbells & 3 different elastic bands
i already eat healthy and i do 30 minutes speed walk everyday and sometime add 10 minute jog 2-3 times a week
can you suggest exercises routines
or anything that worked out well for you?
wel i did the whole movie workouts and let e tell you i got into great shape but it took me 5 months but to the point were i wanted to be yours will be a lil easier
Insanity video workout is phenomenal it works you out like crazy and you loose weight quik i dropped 10 pounds in week one
then i did the p90x i got cut with this one both work really well
